Dental Implants are the most effective alternative treatment compared to dentures and bridges and today, with the new medical advances is a minimally invasive procedure. Dental implants are prosthetic devices anchored by a screw-like “root” composed of top quality materials, that “fuses” with the jawbone, giving patients with missing teeth a permanent solutionthat avoids the hassle and inconvenience of dentures and restoring the patient’s ability to eat, speak clearly and smile with ease.. At our Dental Center we believe the ideal solution for replacing a missing tooth is a dental implant.

New Minimally Invasive Dental Procedures
For our Dental Implants patients, we are proud to offer new advanced technology in our dental procedures allowing us to offer top quality during the procedure and the results.
Our doctors are constantly training to provide the best medical procedures to our patients. Thanks to this arduous dedication, at Angeles Hospital we have acquired new state of the art medical equipment known as: the inLab MC X5 and the Dio Navi implant placement machine.
Now, our patients will be able to enjoy top quality dental implants, since this technology allows us to re-create the patient’s condition and the shape of their teeth with our new dental software. We will then create exact replicas of the teeth giving each patient a customized and personalized result.
In addition, our patients can enjoy the following benefit: less hospital time since our treatments are now faster and minimally invasive.
Types of Dental Implants

Individual Dental Implants
When a patient is missing a single tooth we use a 100% titanium root form implant to replace the missing root and therefore the missing tooth, returning the masticatory, phonetic and esthetic functions.

When a patient is missing multiple teeth it is possible to place several implants the same way as a single tooth replacement.

Minimally Invasive Dental Implants in Tijuana, Mexico
On complete edentulous patients, it is possible with dental implants to offer better retention to the dentures returning a better quality of life to the patient being able to chew and talk knowing that the denture will not move, rock or shift.
All on four
This is a similar technique to an over denture but the dental implants are placed in the most anterior region of the bone, because you can’t place one in the posterior region due to the lack of bone. With this type of technique the denture is screw retained, offering maximum comfort and esthetic to the edentulous patients.
Implant Anchored Denture
Our procedure is designed for patients who most or all of their teeth removed. It is the best solution for patients looking for a permanent for their damaged or missing teeth.
With the new inLab MC X5 and DIO Navi medical equipment, our Dental Implant procedure is minimally invasive, faster, precise and permanent.
The process starts with our doctors start by analyzing the patient’s mouth with CT and Oral scans allowing them to create visible patient information thanks to our dental software. In addition, our new dental software helps create a precise surgical guide with a 3D printer. With the information gathered our doctors can make the best decision on the size of the implant.
The next step is to do the placement of the implant, they will scan the area once again before the final placement of the crown. Our medical team will then proceed to design the crown with a CAD (Computer Aided Design), after which the final crown will be manufactured with the help of a computer and placed in the patient’s mouth. For the final placement we use a abutment, which helps support the final crown screwed into the dental implant.
Dental Implants are the most common and effective dental procedure for almost anyone. Ideal candidates for this treatment are:
Patients with missing teeth.
Patients looking to replace bridges or dentures.
Patients looking for stability in their dentures.
The only requirement our medical team asks is: the patient needs to have enough bone to place the implant. In cases where there is not enough bone to support a successful implant, the surgeon may perform a bone graft. At Angeles Mexico Dental, we use a synthetic bone grafting compound that is easier and more successful than bone on bone grafting.
*Young children need the approval of their head dentist to have a Dental Implant.
