Mail-order prescription services are legally permitted only from Canada, while medications dispensed in Mexico must be picked up in person in Tijuana under physician supervision.
Additionally, for new or advanced treatments, MedicalMex may coordinate access to licensed European medications—but only when legally authorized and with written consent from the patient.
All such medications must be regulated by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) to ensure authenticity, safety, and traceability.
We do not source medications from any other countries. MedicalMex only works within the strict regulatory frameworks of Health Canada, COFEPRIS (Mexico), and the EMA (Europe).

Yes. All medications coordinated by MedicalMex Inc. are dispensed by licensed pharmacies regulated by Health Canada, COFEPRIS (Mexico), or, when applicable, the EMA (Europe).
While packaging or brand names may vary, active ingredients and manufacturing standards are identical to FDA-approved medications.
