MedicalMex Platform Role and Patient Coordination Disclosure

This disclosure explains the role of MedicalMex in coordinating healthcare-related services and interactions between patients and independent healthcare providers.

This disclosure applies to all websites, digital platforms, forms, communication systems, and services operated by MedicalMex, including but not limited to www.medicalmex.com and other affiliated websites, brands, domains, landing pages, or digital platforms operated or administered by MedicalMex or its affiliated entities.

For purposes of this disclosure, the term “MedicalMex Platform” refers collectively to all digital systems, intake forms, communication portals, and services operated by MedicalMex.

Nature of MedicalMex Services

MedicalMex operates as a coordination and case management platform that assists patients in organizing healthcare experiences with independent medical providers.

MedicalMex services may include administrative coordination, communication facilitation, documentation management, scheduling assistance, logistical support, and general case management.

MedicalMex does not provide medical treatment, medical diagnosis, or clinical care.

All medical services are performed solely by the licensed medical provider responsible for the patient’s treatment.

Independent Providers

Healthcare providers referenced, introduced, or coordinated through the MedicalMex Platform are independent professionals or organizations operating under their own professional licenses and regulatory frameworks.

MedicalMex does not employ medical providers for the purpose of delivering clinical treatment and does not control their medical judgment, treatment methods, or clinical decisions.

Each healthcare provider is solely responsible for:

medical evaluations
diagnoses
treatment recommendations
procedures performed
post-treatment care
clinical outcomes

MedicalMex does not supervise or direct the clinical practice of healthcare providers.

Coordination of Multiple Parties

Healthcare experiences coordinated through MedicalMex may involve multiple independent parties, including healthcare providers, laboratories, transportation providers, hospitality services, or other service partners.

MedicalMex assists in coordinating communication and logistical arrangements between these parties when requested by the patient.

Because these parties operate independently, MedicalMex does not control their actions, schedules, or operational decisions

Good Faith Coordination

MedicalMex performs its coordination and case management services in good faith and makes reasonable efforts to facilitate clear communication and organization of treatment experiences.

However, MedicalMex cannot guarantee the performance, availability, or actions of independent providers or third-party service partners.

Changes to schedules, treatment plans, or logistical arrangements may occur due to medical considerations, operational factors, or circumstances beyond the control of MedicalMex.

Patient Responsibility

Patients remain responsible for making informed decisions regarding their healthcare and for communicating directly with their treating healthcare providers regarding medical questions or concerns.

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the coordination process.

Failure to disclose relevant medical history, medications, or health conditions may affect eligibility for treatment or the accuracy of medical evaluations.

Medical Disputes

MedicalMex does not act as an arbitrator or decision-maker in clinical disputes between patients and healthcare providers.

Any disputes relating to medical treatment, medical outcomes, or clinical decisions must be addressed directly between the patient and the treating healthcare provider in accordance with the applicable laws governing the location where the medical services were performed.

MedicalMex may assist in facilitating communication between parties when appropriate, but MedicalMex does not assume responsibility for resolving medical disputes.

Scope of Platform Services

The role of MedicalMex is limited to administrative coordination and support services.

MedicalMex does not guarantee medical outcomes, treatment results, or patient satisfaction.

MedicalMex services should not be interpreted as medical advice or clinical oversight.

Affiliated Entities

Certain coordination activities related to treatment experiences outside the United States may involve operational support provided by affiliated entities operating under applicable international jurisdictions.

These entities may assist with logistical coordination or operational support related to treatment experiences coordinated through the MedicalMex Platform.
